You can set up automations that trigger when you apply tags to events and projects.
These automations could be progressing the project down your pipeline, or sending out a customer communication so they're kept in the loop (check out our automations help guide for more information).
To add a tag to either a calendar event or project using the mobile app, simply click the tag icon (see screenshots below):
