Exporting customer data from your Payaca account

You can export your customer data as a CSV file directly from your Payaca account.

This will provide you with a list of names, addresses and contact information. This will match the information saved in your contact list.

To export this information navigate to your customer list.

On the top right side of your screen you will see a button called "Export data", click on this.

A pop-up will appear informing you that exported customer data will be sent to you in an email.

Click "Yes, export"

A new pop-up will appear informing you that your export has started. Click "OK".

You now need to check your account email. There may be a slight delay before the email comes through. Refresh your email page if you don't receive the email in the next 2 minutes.

You will receive an email specifying the number of customer records and a link to download the record.

Click on this link.

A CSV file will be downloaded.

This needs to be opened with Excell, Google Sheets or another spreadsheet platform.
