A guide to connecting your Gmail Account to your Payaca Dashboard.

We're excited to announce our new Gmail integration, designed to make your email communications smoother and more efficient right from within Payaca!

What Does It Do?

With the Gmail integration you can now:

  • Send Emails Directly from Payaca: Use your Gmail account to send emails within Payaca, keeping all your Project-related communications in one place.

  • Stay updated: Receive updates on emails linked to your Projects. Stay informed about email activities through in-app notifications under the notifications bell.

How To Get Started

Go to your 'Profile' page in Payaca.

Click on the 'Connections' tab.

Click 'Connect to Gmail'.

Click 'Sign in with Google'.

Choose the Google account that you would like to sign in with.

Press 'Continue' once you have selected the account.

Click the 'Select all' check box, this will enable Payaca to have full functionality.

Click 'Continue'.

Congratulations, your Gmail account is now successfully connected to Payaca!
