These steps explain how you can edit the default email that your proposal or your invoice is attached to. This is the message customers will first see before opening either a proposal or invoice.
To get started head over to the company settings section:
To access this from your Dashboard, select your company name in the top right corner, and select "My company"
Select "Email customisation"
Underneath the email template you would like to edit, click "View/Edit"
Edit your email as required.
Tip: The [customer_name] field auto-fills with the specific details for each customer. Removing this will remove customer personalisation.
When you are happy with the content, click "Continue" to save.
