Add your terms of business to your proposals

Add clarity to your proposals with terms and conditions. They serve as a clear roadmap for both parties, outlining expectations and responsibilities. This ensures that everyone is aligned from the start, reducing the potential for misunderstandings.

To get started head over to the company settings section:

To access this from your Dashboard, select your company name in the top right corner, and select "My company"

Click on "Terms" tab

Paste your terms of business in the box provided

Alternatively, you can upload a file containing your terms. Accepted file types are .doc, .docx, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .webp and .heic

Any information you add here will be automatically saved and added to future proposals
