We have investigated a bug with Samsung devices where a Grammarly keyboard add-on installed by default causes the app to crash. There is an open case with the underlying code framework provider to resolve this, until then please follow these steps.

1. Go to settings

2. Type "keyboard" in the search box

3. Tap "Samsung keyboard"

4. Tap "Suggest text corrections"

5. Tap "Manage apps"

6. Turn off for Payaca (+ any other apps where you experience this)
